Clay Lane
This water treatment plant was built in the 1930s. Our client required a large meeting room/reception suite to be fitted into some redundant chemical storage space.
Our scheme used sweeping curves and sympathetic materials for the suite to produce a modern clean design that complemented the 1930s style of the original.
The conference facilities themselves included lighting and state of the art audio-visual equipment, making them suitable for use by the company or for letting commercially.
